There are great living spaces, inside and out, with outdoor dining at either end of the property, which means you can work around the sun and the wind. With three bedrooms and bunks in the generous size games room, there is space for the biggest family or a group of friends wanting some pristine time out from today`s pace. There`s plenty to do inside too, with lots of games, books in the games room and wifi, if you wish to connect to the outside world. But maybe you won`t feel the need to do so.

Sandbach is located near the end of a road and as such is a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the beach, harbour and Onekawa Te Mawhai Regional Park. It is also close to Ohiwa Holiday Park.
A vehicle is required to get in and around Opotiki and surrounding areas.
