With three bedrooms and bunks in the generous size games room, there is space for the biggest family or a group of friends wanting some pristine time out from today`s pace. There`s plenty to do inside too, with lots of games, books and a pool table in the games room and wifi, if you wish to connect to the outside world. But maybe you won`t feel the need to do so.

Sandbach is located near the end of a road and as such is a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to the beach, harbour and Onekawa Te Mawhai Regional Park. It is also close to Ohiwa Holiday Park.
A vehicle is required to get in and around Opotiki and surrounding areas.
